TRONOXA WALLET

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This policy explains how TRONOXA handles information when you use its self-custody mobile wallet and related services.

1. Scope and self-custody

TRONOXA is a self-custody wallet for the TRON network. Recovery phrases and private keys are stored in the secure storage of the user's device and are not sent to TRONOXA servers. TRONOXA cannot recover them.

When a user chooses Cloud Backup, the app creates an encrypted backup that the user saves through the device to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or another selected location. TRONOXA does not receive the backup or its password.

2. Information we handle

3. Camera and photo access

Camera and photo access is used only when a user chooses to scan a QR code or select an image containing one. QR decoding occurs on the device. TRONOXA does not upload the user's photo library or selected QR image to its servers.

4. Why we use information

Information is used to display wallet data, prepare and verify transactions, estimate network costs, obtain energy, screen addresses for risk, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

TRONOXA does not sell personal data and does not use wallet activity for third-party advertising.

5. Services and parties involved

Public addresses and transaction data may be sent to TRON network nodes, blockchain data providers, risk-screening services, and energy providers when necessary to perform a request. Push tokens and notification content may be processed by Expo and notification services operated by Apple or Google. Cloud backups are handled by the storage provider and location selected by the user. Hosting, security, and professional service providers may process limited data on our behalf and must protect it appropriately.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

Wallet secrets and app preferences remain on the device until the user deletes the wallet, clears app data, or removes the app. Monitoring records and push identifiers are retained while needed to provide notifications. Energy order and security records may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to complete the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations.

Public blockchain records cannot be changed or deleted by TRONOXA. A user may request deletion of eligible off-chain data by emailing office@tronoxa.com. Information may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Security and user choices

TRONOXA uses device secure storage, encrypted transport, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users may refuse optional notification, camera, photo, or biometric permissions. The related optional feature may not work when its permission is declined.

8. Children and international processing

TRONOXA is not directed to children. A user must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where the user lives. Service providers may process data in countries other than the user's country, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

9. Changes, rights, and contact

This policy may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be communicated when required. For privacy questions, consent withdrawal, access, correction, or eligible deletion requests, contact office@tronoxa.com.

Self-custody responsibility

Users are solely responsible for protecting recovery phrases, private keys, backup passwords, device access, and wallet credentials. Anyone who obtains them may control the assets. TRONOXA support will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, or backup password.

Transactions are final

Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible. Users must verify the address, asset, network, amount, and displayed fees before confirming. TRONOXA cannot cancel, reverse, recover, or refund assets sent to an incorrect or incompatible address.

Fees, energy, and estimates

Network fees, bandwidth, energy requirements, market prices, savings, and delivery times are estimates and may change. Energy is supplied through independent providers and may be delayed or unavailable. The final network result and on-chain records control if an estimate differs from the actual transaction.

No financial advice

TRONOXA provides wallet software and related technical services. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Users are responsible for their decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice when needed.

Third-party and network risk

TRONOXA does not control the TRON blockchain, tokens, smart contracts, nodes, bridges, cloud storage, energy markets, exchanges, or other third-party services. Their failures, changes, attacks, congestion, suspension, or insolvency may affect the app or user assets. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Lawful use

Users must comply with the laws, sanctions, tax rules, and regulatory requirements that apply to them. TRONOXA may not be used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, theft, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity. Availability of the app does not mean its use is lawful in every location.

Availability and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TRONOXA does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular price, or successful execution by a blockchain or third-party provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRONOXA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from network events, user error, compromised credentials, smart contracts, tokens, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptance and updates

By using TRONOXA, users acknowledge these risks and agree to these terms. A person who does not agree should not use the app. These terms may be updated as the service and applicable requirements change. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
